At just 31 years old, she has committed her career to uplifting and empowering others through strategic leadership and service. As a COPE committee member, bargaining committee member,a union leader,and former executive board member. Adarra has played a vital role in ensuring fair representation, advocating for workers’ rights, and fostering a stronger, more equitable workforce.

In addition to her governance and union leadership roles, Adarra has expressed their passion for mentorship and empowerment through her position as a Training and Outreach Assistant. Through this role, she has worked to educate, guide, and uplift individuals, ensuring that knowledge and resources are accessible to those they serve.
