Aleix

Technical Support Specialist

Full time since as a Technical Support Specialist September 2025, but I was a contractor doing Facilitation and OLSS since Dec 2022.

Helping providers learn how to navigate new tech tools such as Zoom and memberlink so they can stay on top of their training and making said training easily accessible from the comfort of their homes and being part of a community that is there to help.

Mandatory IP training, as the knowledge in the class is very important for all caretakers and they are also able to network with each other allowing them to learn new tools tricks and find new clients.

Having lived in multiple countries (U.S.A., Spain, Japan, Korea and many others in the middle east.) I’m very passionate about traveling and partaking of other cultures especially food, and I encourage others to travel and see what the world has to offer.

I’m a veteran of the Armed Forces, I served for 11 years in the U.S. Air Force with the rank of Staff Sergeant and 5 years as a military contractor with 12 tours overseas. Between work and helping my mother care for my brother who has Cerebral Palsy that takes most of my time.
