Ashley Christian joined SEIU in 2025 as the Manager of Training Services at the Helen Miller Member Education and Training Center (METC), where she supports the development and delivery of high quality, worker centered training for union-represented healthcare, childcare, and homecare members. She brings extensive experience in training leadership, workforce development, and adult education, overseeing the Training and Outreach team and collaborating across departments to ensure accessible, engaging, and impactful learning experiences. Ashley’s work is grounded in social justice, equity, and trauma-informed practice, with a deep commitment to worker empowerment, collective learning, and supporting members’ professional growth.
