Drew Henry has been an integral member of METC since June 2024, currently serving as a DORS Program Assistant with SEIU METC. She plays a vital role on the DORS Team, collaborating closely with colleagues to enhance program effectiveness.
Drew holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Health and a Master of Public Health with a specialization in Health Behavior Theory and Epidemiology. Her academic journey reflects her dedication to promoting health equity and advancing community well-being. Driven by a passion for social justice, Drew thrives in her role at METC where she directly engages with diverse populations, facilitating access to impactful training opportunities. Her commitment to community service is underscored by her tenure as Vice President of the Central Black Student Union at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she was honored with the Marylin Michael Leadership Award for her outstanding contributions.
A proud Chicago native, Drew is not only dedicated to her professional endeavors but also finds joy in exploring her city’s cultural offerings. She is an avid food enthusiast, enjoying fine dining experiences, attending theater productions, ballets, and visiting museums in her leisure time.
