Dwan I have been working with METC FOR 8 years as a Training outreach specialist. I enjoy working with people and helping to educate them. I enjoy all the trainings working with my consumer who is depressed and CPR are my favorites. My passion is volunteering with the homeless monthly for the past 26 years. I also volunteer with CASA as a court appointed special advocate fighting for the best interest of kids in court. I am  one of the founders for the Rockford chapter of Jack and Jill inc. I have a daughter in college and I’m in the process of adopting my great niece. I love to travel in my free time just returned home from Trinidad and Tobago.
