This training is of a theoretical-practical/reflective nature and provides the child care provider with an analytical/reflective vision on the Influence of Experiences during the First Three Years of Life on Future Development in order for the participant to understand, question and rethink their perspective in their work as an educator and caregiver of infants and children of this age and thus get involved in the process of continuous improvement of their work.
